Dr. Cimo is a dedicated and compassionate resident physician specializing in family medicine with a strong passion for geriatric care and dermatologic procedures. Born and raised in a close-knit community, Dr. Cimo’ s commitment to full spectrum care began at a young age. Beyond geriatrics, she remains committed to offering well-rounded care to patients of all ages.
As an Alabama native, Dr. Cimo was raised in Haleyville, and completed her undergraduate degree at The University of Alabama in Huntsville, where she played softball. She then went on to complete her doctorate of osteopathic medicine at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine-Auburn. Dr. Cimo plans to practice outpatient medicine and geriatrics upon completion of residency. Outside of medicine, Dr. Cimo spends time with her husband and labradoodle. She enjoys traveling, participating in fitness classes, party planning and interior decorating.
