Dr. Smith is a second-year Family Medicine Resident at South Baldwin Regional Medical Center who provides comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in southern Baldwin County. She is experienced performing a variety of in-office procedures, management of chronic conditions, and maintaining wellness through preventive medicine services. Her special interests are in women’s health and pediatrics.
Prior to joining South Baldwin Regional Medical Center, Dr. Smith completed her undergraduate degree at University of Georgia (GO DAWGS!), and medical doctorate at Lincoln Memorial University- DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Knoxville, Tennessee. While originally from Long Island, New York, her plans are to stay in the south providing primary care services upon completion of residency.
When Dr. Smith is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son. She likes to go to the state parks with her two dogs, spend time at the beach and read at local coffee shops.
